Refund & Return Policy

1. Standard Return Policy

Because THTWAAT operates a multi-vendor marketplace, return policies may vary by seller. However, our platform standard requires sellers to accept returns for physical goods within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.

2. Initiation of Returns

Customers can initiate a return directly from the "Order Tracking" section of the THTWAAT Customer App. Once approved via the Seller Dashboard, a delivery partner will be dispatched using our GPS network to pick up the return package.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized items

4. Refund Processing (Customers)

Once the seller receives and verifies the returned inventory via their Seller Dashboard, the refund is automatically initiated. Refunds are processed securely via Razorpay back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking). Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect.

5. Impact on Seller Earnings and Payouts

To ensure fairness, seller earnings for a specific order are held in escrow and are only eligible for a payout request once the 7-day return window has successfully closed. If a refund is issued, the amount is deducted from the seller's pending ledger.
