Welcome to THTWAAT. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy across our Customer App, Seller Dashboard, Delivery Partner System, and Admin Panel. This Privacy Policy details how we handle the personal information of our ecosystem users.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with our marketplace services, we collect:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, and GST details (for sellers). We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage your account credentials.
  • Location Data (GPS):
    • Delivery Partners: We collect precise and continuous GPS location data (including background location) to assign live orders, provide turn-by-turn navigation, and track delivery status.
    • Customers: We collect location data to show nearby sellers and allow live order tracking of physical goods.
  • Financial Information: We do not store your credit card or UPI details. All payments, payouts, and earnings processing are handled securely by Razorpay.
  • Device & Usage Data: Device model, app usage statistics, and Push Notification tokens (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send real-time alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for:

  • Marketplace Operations: To facilitate the sale of physical goods, update inventory management systems, and track orders.
  • Order Fulfillment: To assign deliveries to nearby partners and provide live tracking links to customers.
  • Communication: To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and promotional content via push notifications and SMS.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We operate a multi-vendor marketplace, requiring us to share necessary data among users:

  • Sellers: Receive the customer's name, order details, and delivery address to prepare the physical goods.
  • Delivery Partners: Receive the customer's name, phone number, and precise delivery location to complete the order.

5. Google Play and App Store Compliance

We strictly adhere to Google Play and Apple App Store policies. Users are prompted for explicit consent before location tracking begins. Delivery partners are clearly informed about background location usage required for the delivery partner system to function.

6. Data Security and Deletion

We implement industry-standard security via Firebase and Razorpay. You can request account deletion directly from the THTWAAT apps. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except for transaction records retained for legal and tax compliance.
