1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the THTWAAT platform via our Customer App, Seller Dashboard, or Delivery Partner System, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Account creation is managed securely via Firebase.

2. Platform Description

THTWAAT is a technology platform offering a multi-vendor ecommerce marketplace. We provide the infrastructure (including Admin Panel, routing, and inventory systems) that connects independent sellers of physical goods with customers and independent delivery partners.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers agree to provide accurate delivery locations. Customers can track orders in real-time using our GPS order tracking system and agree to receive push notifications. All payments for physical goods are processed securely through Razorpay.

4. Seller Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Sellers must ensure that all listed physical goods are legally permissible to sell, accurately described, and in stock via the Seller Dashboard.
  • Order Fulfillment: Sellers must pack orders promptly to ensure timely pickup by delivery partners.
  • Marketplace Rules: Sellers must adhere to platform pricing rules and refrain from selling prohibited items.
  • Earnings and Payouts: Seller earnings are calculated minus platform commission. Payout requests are processed securely via Razorpay to the seller's registered bank account.

5. Delivery Partner System Rules

  • Independent Contractors: Delivery partners are independent contractors utilizing our platform.
  • GPS Tracking: Partners must enable precise GPS location broadcasting (including background location) while online to receive live order assignments.
  • Earnings: Delivery earnings are calculated per order based on distance and are transferred via Razorpay.

6. Payment and Fees

All financial transactions are facilitated by Razorpay. Customers pay for goods and delivery fees at checkout. THTWAAT deducts applicable platform fees before transferring earnings to sellers and delivery partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

THTWAAT is a technology provider. We are not liable for the quality of physical goods sold by third-party sellers, nor the actions of independent delivery partners. However, our Admin Panel mediates disputes.
